‘Criminal Minds: Evolution’ Season 2, Episode 10 “Save the Children”

Paramount+’s original series Criminal Minds: Evolution did the unthinkable by making me dread the day when a prolific serial killer would leave the show. Casting Zach Gilford as charming girl dad and terrifying murderer Elias Voit, then bringing him back for a second season, was — as Collider also noted — the show’s “best move.” And though we don’t quite know if Season 2, Episode 10, “Save the Children,” is the end for Voit after that unexpected cliffhanger, it’s still an episode fans won’t want to miss. The BAU finally solves the long-running Gold Star mystery, uncovers the identity of the group’s final member, and saves one of their own from major peril.
