Whether you’ve been a lifelong fan, or you found the sport through Netflix’s surprise hit docuseries Formula 1: Drive to Survive, there’s no denying that Formula One (F1) racing is incredibly popular worldwide, and continues to be the gold standard motorsport.
Each year, 20 drivers racing for 10 different teams take on a series of races, collecting points based on what position they finish each race in, until a season winner is crowned at the final race.
The 2024 F1 season kicks off with the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix on March 2. The season will feature a record 24 races before wrapping up on December 8 in Abu Dhabi.
Want to know how to watch the F1 season? We’ve compiled everything you need to know to stream F1 or watch it on TV.

You’ll also be able to watch F1 on live TV streaming services. Every channel you’ll need to watch races on (ESPN, ABC, and ESPN2) are included as part of the base plans for Sling TV Orange & Blue ($60.00/month), Hulu + Live TV ($76.99/month), and fuboTV ($79.99/month).
How to Stream F1 Preseason Testing:
The only place to stream F1 preseason testing, which is set to take place on February 21, 22, and 23, is on F1 TV; highlights will also be posted on Formula 1’s YouTube channel each day.
